Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Puja bookings can be cancelled before the scheduled puja time.

2. Refund Policy – Puja Services (15-Day Policy)

You may request a refund within 15 days of booking only if:

• The puja was not performed.
• The puja was performed incorrectly or incompletely.
• Your complaint is valid and verifiable.

❌ No refund will be provided after 15 days.

3. Product Refund Eligibility

Refund is applicable under the following conditions:

• Damaged product delivered
• Wrong product delivered
• Product lost in transit

Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days after successful verification.

4. Refund Not Applicable For

• Energized / Abhimantrit / Ritual-purified spiritual items
